Debilyn is the founder of Quantum Evolution Coaching
(formerly Evo), which began with her second career as a
Professional and Personal Coach in 2001. She focuses
on working with women and women’s organizations to
create effective strategies for goal attainment and the
emotional sense of fulfillment.
Debilyn is also a co-founder of Transpartisan Alliance, a
network of networks that builds bridges across political
divides at both national and local levels. She also serves
as a managing partner of the Transpartisan Center,
based in Washington DC, working on policy and dialogue
across political ideologies. Debilyn is deeply committed
to working for a political culture of public service for all
citizens of our country.
Debilyn’s first career spans over 20 years in advertising,
marketing and consulting, most recently with McClatchy
newspaper, The Fresno Bee. Previously, Debilyn owned
an advertising agency and consulting firm. She has
worked with local, regional and national clients including
Donna Zajonc, author of “The Politics of Hope.”
Debilyn serves on the national board for the National
Women's Political Caucus and as First Vice President
(Finance) on the Board of Directors for National Women’s
Political Caucus of Californiaa She was the President for
NWPC-Fresno County in 2009. Debilyn's community work
includes service on the Innovative Task Force for the
Regional Jobs Initiative (RJI) in Fresno, CA, the Fresno
Women's Network, Associated Center for Therapy,
American Cancer Society and many others..
In 2003, Debilyn attended a conference titled “Women &
Power” at the Omega Institute and became energized
about participating in politics with an eye towards
transformational opportunities. Within six months, she
was running for Fresno County Supervisor and gaining
her first political experience. Today, she remains active
with candidates.
